    6/25/06 08:28 pm - up for air

    news from my bunker -

still on my world strike / << i.e., i've got my head in the sand watching a 6-ft under-marathon because this is what i do when i dealing with stressful issues which i'm blindly trying to wrap my mind around >>

i've burned through about 20-30 episodes in the last week... just finished the last episode of the 4th season, 18 more to go.

today i am having a blockbuster day ( or a "funny how sometimes it's better to unravel yourself from the indirect approach" day).

movies i rented today ( i'm sensing a theme which i hope is not a metaphor even though it's a bit blatant) :

Tuvalu - a fantastical french ultra-surreal movie ( or at least i am guessing by the cover).. the description said a mix of Delicatessan and Metropolis.. i guess i'll see for myself

Fire Island (which i guess was a short-lived gay sorta "reality-tv" series)

Shake it all about ( a gay danish/foreign drama )

    Trans-America - i don't think this requires explaination.

met up with stephanie who has returned from her film workshop in NYC. she had a great time. tuesday we are heading up to toronto at 5am to get some writting done, some shopping, food, and the Walkmen's concert at the Phoenix.

whoo-hoo - wolf parade have announced that they will be performing at the Phoenix in August (i think).. i shall purchase tickets on tuesday.
so far stephanie and i are in.

latest references i am exploring based on latest book i am reading:

Achamoth / Anima-Animus (Jung) / Masculine psychology / Pleroma / Puer Aeternus / Sophia (gnosticism) / blueprint of the Unconscious mind

    that's all for now..

    btw -

    very important!

For Your Consideration... as you know, there is no greater power than knowledge, so please consider passing the torch.

    Thank you!

    6/19/06 10:30 am - global warming

    how funny - i was pondering this yesterday - kind-a creepy : http://msnbc.msn.com/id/13307121/?GT1=8211

    http://www.livescience.com/environment/060615_permafrost_carbon.html

i do have the desire to see "an inconvenient truth" documentary.. http://www.climatecrisis.net/

it seems that everyone is jumping on the global warming movie bandwagon (not that i am complaining):
this jerk did not mention radiohead in their usage of thier song for opening sequence but gave credit to siqor ros and mogwai - http://www.leonardodicaprio.org/whatsimportant/globalwarming_movie01.htm

6/18/06 10:40 am - half asleep while writing this.. coffee to follow...

my friend stephanie has bussed it to nyc for the week to take a film class. she's going to check out kim's video on st. mark's place (in the east village) for "little otik" on dvd.

the walkmen - concert is next tuesday in toronto. i've taken the full day off. there is a great pub/restaurant in cabbage town that's makes a truckload breakfast for 7 bucks... so my day will no doubt start there and with luck, a little writing will be achieved.

    6/18/06 10:34 am - dream

a few hours ago i had a dream where i was on a flight that announced they're was a bomb on board... somehow the dream shifted to my god- parnets making a big feast for about 30 people and not wanting me to assist in the preparation. the "feeling" i was getting from the dream was that they were frustrated / angry that i was there...

i can see the correlation between both dreams.

    6/15/06 10:55 am

what...? someone makes the suggestion and by saying ok this makes him a hero..? sounds like he's passing the plate for brownie points.. sometimes i'm afraid to rationalize what goes through this man's head..look at me !! i'm not going to destroy fish and marine life because there is really no financial gain here... but i'll destroy the world and murder the innocent to make a buck ..
does this guy actually do anything other than desecrate ? - i know it's a stupid question ! http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/13300363/

    6/15/06 10:49 am - PEEVED !

Oh boy ! what do you know... my landlord forget to pay his water bill...

    6/13/06 12:50 pm - corridors

somehow i am going through a new life change and i am opening up more to the idea of working within a creative unit on experimental art and music projects... there is that daily lust to push the creative envelope, that's the feeling... funny, feelings don't make appointments as to when this will be pursued.. but i've had the craving for a while... at least the seed is planted. it's the intimate energy of a creative unit that is a bit baffling... maybe no-one has a clue to what i mean.

i'm sure it has to do with the 7th house life lesson of forging relationships whether they are platonic, sexual, or creative or a creamy blend.

    6/6/06 03:25 pm - here we go...

i find it kinda funny that on 6/6/06 i would finally see Javier Solana in the news...
those into predictive astrology believe in time he will bring the world together for the greater good and then do something historically atrocious.. damn cancers !

we'll have to sit back with some popcorn are watch it all unfold >>>

    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/13165152/

    6/6/06 03:20 pm

i am really craving to do summer things today.. don't know why.. i have the "itch."

i'm craving the beach.. picnics... etc.

    ..this concludes my vent.

    5/24/06 06:21 pm

it seems that astrotheme has the natal chart for the anti-christ ANTI-CHRIST available to view. it seems he was born February 5, 1962. those are some heavy shoes to fill. social pressures, parents expectations, a legacy to live upto, etc...

it figures he would be an aquarius with aquarius rising. rebel, rebel. we're soooo misunderstood, you know.. it seems he was born February 5, 1962 at 7:07 AM in Tel El Amarna (Egypte).

i wonder if he stood out in school, poor grades, no prom date, etc...

i would have gathered his birthday was Birth: 6 July 1946. i figured it would have been this guy ... click here

new Thom Yorke independent album is scheduled for release on july 11th

    5/14/06 09:58 am - ode..

i found this on the web. let's pay tribute to that one mama who is overlooked on mother's day, the Hoochie Mama

How Do U Know If You're A Hoochie Mama

1). You've ever crawled out of a club because a fight broke out.

2). You've ever started a fight with someone because you didn't like the way someone looked at you.

3). You've ever messed up/trashed someone's outfit because it was identical to yours.

4). You've ever started a fight with another woman because they looked at your man "The Wrong Way".

5). You think of faux furs and leopard print clothing as "good clothes".

6). You ever went to your baby-daddy's job for money to buy milk or diapers.

7). You expect your man to pay you rent, and he doesn't live with you.

8). You've ever said, "I loved-ed my man, even when he did his time upstate for me".

9). You've ever said, "I love me some him".

10).Your oldest daughter was the "Miniature Bride" in the ceremony.

11).You and your boyfriend were banned from your child's Jr. High dances because the two of you led everyone to believe you were auditioning for a production of "Dirty Dancing".

12).You've ever gotten you hair and nails "did".

13).You and your mother are pregnant at the same time.

14).Your grandmother is 42, your mother is 28, and you are 14 with a baby on the way. (You do the math)

15).Your children are more than 6 years older than their aunts and uncles.

16).You believe no woman's wardrobe is complete w/out Lycra and spandex.

17).Your fingernails are so long people often wonder how you wipe your ass.

18).You always declare, "Ain't no shame in my game".

19).Some how, you grew 12 inch of hair in 10 hours.

20).Your hair is brown, your crochet braids are black and gold.

    21).You're a 14, all of dresses are size 9's.

22).Your hair is so tall that you have a designated seat at the back of the movie theatre.

23).You consider glue, glitter, and chop sticks as hair accessories.

24).You aren't allowed to dance in the club because men slip you dollar bills.

25.)Every babydaddy you have is in jail.

26).You've ever thrown any of the following at your man:

TV, VCR, Toasters, curling irons, irons, or any major appliance
